Aston’s Restaurant

Aston’s restaurant offers fresh, seasonal and local produce as well as using the free range eggs and rare breed pork from the farm.

Enjoy homemade cakes, coffee, speciality teas or one of the daily specials in the modern farmhouse restaurant. Serving traditional Sunday lunches and booking is not required. This is served from 12noon until 4pm. You can even try our beautiful breakfasts outdoors amongst the chickens that provide the eggs. Breakfast is served until 12pm. Children’s menu available.

Andrew Brooks grew up with the passion for cooking. At 16 Andy went to catering college where he trained at Stapleford Country Hotel, Leicestershire.

When qualified he worked at award winning gastro-pub The Red Lion Inn, Stathern. Andy then travelled along the west coast of Australia where he worked as head chef at a spa and golf hotel. On his return he moved to London as a sous chef for a company who soon offered him the head chef position at Westholme Estate, North Yorkshire. Here, Andrew used home grown and locally sourced ingredients and his passion grew for the small bistro style restaurant, using the finest local produce.

When offered the opportunity to be head chef at his own restaurant next to Aston Springs Farm, using his fresh ideas and knowledge, he snapped it up, so Aston’s was born! Andrew uses rare breed pork, free range eggs and venison, all supplied by us at Aston Springs Farm!!
